I don’t think I’m fully able to comprehend Nadine’s passing away right now but it starts to sink in with every step taken. Today I went to Leinfelden for the last time and watched her cremation. Around 9 a.m. her coffin was carted into an oven with about 700 degrees centigrade. I caught a view of how it started to burn but the gate had to be closed then because of the immense heat. After about two hours her body will be reduced to ashes.
I did not let open the coffin again because I already said these kind of goodbyes last week. Since then life is a mixture between some calm kind of deep sadness and pure crying.
