It’s no secret that Finland has to offer a great variety of wild berries. And it is also known to certain people that I’m really keen on these berries as long as they are red, blue or black. That’s why I received a delicious berry cake yesterday in order to celebrate my 49th birthday properly.
I’ts been great and quiet: I got up in the morning, had coffee, went for a run, jumped into the lake, had a decent breakfast and no duties to follow for the whole day. Except drinking a few litres of berry juice…
P.S.: Our company is going to leave tomorrow morning for about two days. They have some tasks to complete in the city and need to take the internet device with them. So you won’t hear from us two loners until Arja and my father will return.

Ganz lieben Dank dafür, dass Ihr uns mitnehmt auf die Reise. Ich geniesse das immer sehr. Sieht toll aus! Aber die schweizer Berge würden mir doch fehlen bei der ganzen platten Weite…. Ich war selber übrigens grade in Belgrad fürs lange Wochenende. Kontrast :O). Aber eine tolle, interessante Stadt.
